the location was very convenient. it. the staff were helpful and pleasant, from the desk clerks to the household attendants. the grounds were immaculate, a testament to their care.
one morning there was no hot water in the shower. i had to take a cold shower, a minor inconvenience. i noticed slight mold in the shower, needing attention. the parking space is cramped.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They always kept the reception manned and secure. The rooms were a great size (a bonus). The location made it easy to walk to The Grove and many restaurants. It was also convenient to have a 7 Eleven and Coffee Bean so close.
The parking area felt cramped at times. I had to request the room floor be cleaned (this should be done daily). The windows were thin and did not block noise well. There was noise from buses and cars, due to the hotel's location on a busy intersection.

The location was really convenient (especially for visiting attractions!). I could easily walk to The Grove in about 8 minutes. After checkout, Anne helped me a lot by arranging a courier for an item I had left behind.
I noticed small ants in the bathroom. This was a minor inconvenience, but it would be great if this issue was addressed.

My room included a refrigerator and a good amount of desk space; this made it easy to organize my belongings, the AC/heater unit worked effectively to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the room was generally very clean upon arrival.
